The new Silver Lake wine shop gives a fresh taste on shopping for bottles by focusing on organic, biodynamic and natural varieties made by female winemakers in an approachable environment. The spot is co-owned by Coly Den Haan, a sommelier and wine pioneer who showcased her vino point of view when she successfully opened downtown’s Perch and The Must. In addition to their wine list, Vinovore also offers a wine club and will also be adding gourmet bites at their grab-and-go soon.
