Founded by winemaker and owner Brianne Day in 2012, Day Wines produces an array of bottlings made from fruit sourced exclusively from a small group of Oregon growers who utilize Biodynamic, Organic, and/or Sustainable vineyard practices. Focusing on fruit harvested from the Willamette Valley to exotic varieties found in Southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley AVA, Brianne Day crafts each wine with an attention to detail that allows for minimal intervention in the winery, creating clear and distinct expressions of Oregon terroir.
